Did you just asked Where are all the control panel icons or programs?... well maybe not you.
I went in a computer chat room some days ago and was helping someone with a problem on his computer, At a point i told him to go to Control Panel and open an icon. He couldn't see this icon in the Control Panel, Then i told him to click on "Classic View" at the to see this icon, And it also took him a while to see where the classic view is at. I know he can get to where i want him to go from the Category View Control panel but i just wanted to make it easy for him and to save my time as well.
If you've been using the previous versions of windows like Windows XP, Switching to Classic View or Category View or finding your way in control panel might be a new thing for you.
I figured out that some folks are still not familiar with control panel.
Control Panel is like the heart or Center of most of your windows configuration.
You can get to where ever you want to go in control panel from either Classic View or Category View(control panel home)
There only few icons in the Category View(control panel home) But everything else is hidden under it's category. You can simple type in what you are looking for at the search box above or switch to classic view by clicking on classic view at the left corner

Note: The programs on your control panel might look slightly different depending on your version of windows vista or your computer.
