Keyboard ShortCut to automatically complete a .com and .net URL on FireFox, Internet Explorer and Maxthon.
This will save a little time for you, Instead of typing a full URL with http://www and also .com or .net on your browser's address bar, Just type the name of the website without http:// or www or even the .com or .net and hit the shortcut key on your keyboard that will automatically complete the URL and take you to the website.
Example:
Type "putersandnet" on your firefox, IE or Maxthon address bar, Hold down the CTRL (control) key and hit enter on your keyboard. This will auto complete it to http://www.putersandnet.com and take you directly to this website. The same with any other .com websites.
I've tested the .Net shortcut on FireFox 3, Internet Explorer 8 and Maxthon 2.1.2 browsers. So far it works only on FireFox and on Maxthon it didn't work on Explorer 8 and i don't know about other browsers.
To auto complete a .Net URL just type the name of the site as shown on the above example, Hold down the shift key and hit enter.
Am yet to find out the shortcut to auto complete for .org .biz and others.
Ok... That's it for now!
